Terms of Service

1. Service Description

StackISP offers lifetime web hosting services for a one-time payment of $200. This includes:

  • Up to 50 websites
  • 200GB SSD storage for web hosting content only
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • Unlimited email accounts (10GB per mailbox)
  • Free SSL certificates

"Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the service while StackISP remains in operation, subject to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

Your hosting account may ONLY be used for:

  • Website files and assets
  • Website databases
  • Email storage related to your hosted domains

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • File storage or backup services
  • Non-website content distribution
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Spam or bulk email sending
  • Resource-intensive cryptocurrency mining
  • Proxy or VPN services

3. Account Suspension

Violations of the Acceptable Use policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of account activation.

No refunds after 14 days or for policy violations: After the 14-day period, all sales are final. Accounts suspended for terms of service violations are not eligible for refunds at any time.

5. Account Transferability

Lifetime hosting accounts are non-transferable. The account is tied to the original purchaser and cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another party.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but make no absolute guarantees. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Circumstances beyond our control

7. Backups

While we perform automated backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

8. Service Termination

If StackISP ceases operations, we will:

  • Provide at least 90 days advance notice
  • Assist with migration to partner hosting providers where possible
  • Provide access to download your data

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid ($200). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will not affect your core lifetime hosting entitlement.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
